Objectives

  • Analyze the therapeutic options available after progression on first-line treatment for metastatic renal cell carcinoma, understanding mechanisms of resistance and patient selection criteria.
  • Interpret the latest clinical evidence from key trials (CONTACT-03, CABOPOINT, LITESPARK-005, TIVO-3), evaluating the efficacy, safety, and real-world applicability of second and later-line therapies.
