Synopsis

This course provides an up-to-date overview of food allergy in infants and children, covering epidemiology, diagnosis, prevention, and current management strategies. Participants will explore the mechanisms and clinical implications of the atopic march, the role of early nutritional interventions, maternal diet, and probiotics in allergy prevention. A dedicated module focuses on Cow’s Milk Protein Allergy (CMPA), addressing clinical presentation, differential diagnosis, and evidence-based management in both breastfed and formula-fed infants. The course also reviews current international guidelines and practical approaches for daily clinical practice.

Objectives
